Authorities in Ohio have issued an indictment against Punxsutawney Phil over his prediction that there would be an early spring. The rodent didn’t see his shadow when he emerged from his hole in Pennsylvania on February 2nd. As John Basedow reports, the Ohio prosecutors even threatened the groundhog with the death penalty.
